→Background:
The Haysboro property was purchased by Divine Developments as an average-sized bungalow with a large, tree-filled lot. The project was planned as an extensive renovation and redevelopment, not as an infill.
→Vision:
For the Haysboro project, Divine Development planners wanted a high quality, executive, inner-city home that would support the well-established neighbourhood. With the advantage of a larger lot, the planners also wanted to maintain the character of the 60's style bungalow with mature landscaping.
→The job:
The Haysboro project had 5 main areas of development:
- Conversion of attached, single-car garage into a brand new kitchen
- Completely redesigned floor plan into an open concept throughout the home
- Large master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom
- Developed basement into bright living space with great natural light
- Addition of a detached triple garage with alley access
→The reveal:
Divine Developments was proud to unveil a stunning, 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom bungalow in a mature neighbourhood. The renovation and redevelopment was completed in just 4 months and had an impressive new main floor space of 1410 square feet. The Haysboro Project obtained both the highest sale price in Haysboro — and the highest price per square foot in Haysboro (as listed on MLS history).
