Available Services Spring or Fall:

- Put in/take out air conditioners
- Switch screens/storms in doors and windows
- Take out, store and clean outdoor furniture
- Change A/C filters
- Turn on/off outdoor faucets
- Clean gutters
- Set up/put away outdoor hoses
- Take down/put up deer fencing
- Tune-up engines: lawn mower, leaf blower, snow blower (drain gas/oil, lubricate chains, change spark plugs)
- Drain/set up humidifiers and/or dehumidifiers
- Take down/hang up heavy draperies
Spring or Summer:

- Sheetrock Repairs
- Lubricate/adjust all doors and windows
- Grout around tub and shower
- Replace loose grout in bathroom and kitchen
- Touch up painting inside and outside
- Clean cellar/attic/ garage
- Tighten all screws and faucet handles
- Inspect and repair fences
- Snake all shower, bath and sink drains
- Check drain stoppers/change washers in faucets
- Clean out lint from dryer vent
