What are these new government renovation programs I hear about?

The Federal government has recently launched two new programs to help with the cost of your renovations or home energy efficiency improvements.

How long will my renovation take?

Once the design has been finalized, we can give you a good estimate of when we'll finish your project. As a rule of thumb, renovations take several weeks to several months depending on many factors including the level of detail, size and complexity of your project.

Do we need plans?

All projects should have plans. Planning helps avoid confusion for the entire renovation project group (clients, project manager and trades people). We develop transparent work plans that advance projects efficiently.

Do we need permits?

It depends on the job, but generally if you're not moving or adding anything, no permit is required. If plumbing, electrical components and gas lines require movement, then you need a permit. We'll handle the permit process for you, and coordinate the inspections.
